A manager's responsibilities can all be broken down into these categories:

- Guiding Outcomes
- Retaining Talent
As will all systems, your system is only as strong as your weakest link.
This doesn't mean that you need to turn your weakness into a strength, but rather that you need to make your weakness a solvable problem.
